Providers of advanced communications services must file their Supply Chain Annual Reporting requirements by March 31, 2023. Specifically, any Provider that reported and certified in 2022 that it had purchased, rented, leased, or otherwise obtained any covered communications equipment or services on the Covered List must submit an annual report on or before March 31, 2023, covering information as of December 31, 2022.

Providers that certified in 2022 that they do not have any covered communications equipment or services, do not need to file an annual report for 2023 unless they purchased, rented, leased, or obtained covered communications equipment or services, or unless additional equipment or services were added to the Covered List and they can no longer certify that they do not have any covered communications equipment or services to report.

The Covered List is subject to change and providers must remain alert to notices announcing changes to the list. The current Covered List is available at: https://www.fcc.gov/supplychain/coveredlist. The filing portal and instructions regarding this annual report, as well as a list of the providers that reported covered equipment last year are available at: https://www.fcc.gov/supplychain.
