Please be reminded that all facilities-based providers of fixed and mobile broadband Internet service are required to submit the initial, bi-annual Broadband Data Collection (“BDC”) filing no later than Thursday, September 1, 2022. Failure to timely file broadband data in the BDC system, or willful and knowing, or reckless submission of broadband information that is materially inaccurate or incomplete may lead to enforcement action and could impact future government funding, including money from the Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment program. Form 477 filers must continue to submit data in the Form 477 filing interface by September 1, 2022, and until the FCC sunsets the 477.
