Herman & Whiteaker, LLC is pleased to announce that Carrie L. DeVier has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Carrie, an accomplished corporate and transactional lawyer, brings her telecom focused business law experience to H&W’s communications law practice. In addition to working on numerous complex telecom related corporate transactions, Carrie’s practice focuses on business structure, real estate, governance and the representation of borrowers in financing transactions (including RUS, CoBank and RTFC). Carrie is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and will practice with the firm from Columbia, South Carolina and from our Washington, D.C.- area offices.
