The FCC has extended the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 regulatory fee filing deadline for all entities that are required to pay annual regulatory fees. The FCC is therefore extending the FY 2022 regulatory fee deadline date for all regulatory fee payors to 11:59 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, on September 30, 2022.[1]

In December 2021, the FCC discontinued the use of the Fee Filer system and incorporated this system into CORES. To make an FY 2022 regulatory fee payment, login to the following website using Username and Password: https://apps.fcc.gov/cores/userLogin.do.

Hurricane Ian may cause significant damage within its path, including storm surge, wind damage, and flooding. The Commission stated it would be mindful of the effect of this hurricane on regulatory fee payors located in affected areas and is aware of other technical challenges entities may be currently facing in paying their regulatory fees.[2]
