FY 2019 Regulatory Fees Due Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019

(Fee Filer is Open for Payment of FY 2019 Reg Fees)

Payment of all FY 2019 annual regulatory fees is due Tuesday, September 24, 2019 by 11:59 PM (ET).[1] Payments must be made electronically by the payment due date, or a 25% late-payment penalty will be imposed. The FCC may also impose penalties for any data omissions, erroneous or incomplete data submissions, or payment deficiencies. Such penalties may include dismissal of pending actions and/or revocation of licenses and authorizations.

All annual regulatory fees must be submitted via the FCC’s automated online filing and payment system, Fee Filer. Licensees can view pre-bill information by logging into the FCC’s Fee Filer system, www.fcc.gov/feefiler. Fact Sheets and websites are available at https://www.fcc.gov/regfees to help licensees with their regulatory fee obligations.

Regulatory fees are determined based on licenses held as of October 1, 2018, even if the license has since expired. If a license or authorization was transferred or assigned after October 1, 2018, however, the party that holds the license as of September 24, 2019 must pay the associated regulatory fee.

Please contact Dee Herman at [email protected] or Colleen von Hollen at [email protected] if you have any questions or would like additional information.

[1] While FY 2019 regulatory fees will not become effective until the rulemaking is published in the Federal Register, licensees/regulates, at their own discretion, may submit payments at any time before September 24, 2019, the effective due date of FY 2019 regulatory fees.
