FY 2018 REGULATORY FEES DUE TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2018

Payment of all FY 2018 annual regulatory fees is due Tuesday, September 25, 2018 by 11:59 PM (ET). Payments must be made electronically by the payment due date, or a twenty-five percent (25%) late payment penalty will be imposed. The FCC may also impose penalties for any data omissions, erroneous or incomplete data submissions, or payment deficiencies. Such penalties may include dismissal of pending actions and/or revocation of licenses and authorizations.

All annual regulatory fees must be submitted via the FCC’s automated online filing and payment system, Fee Filer.  The FCC does not mail licensees paper copies of invoices for the regulatory fees owed for FY 2018.  Licensees can view pre-bill information by logging into the FCC’s Fee Filer system.

Regulatory fees are determined based on licenses held as of October 1, 2017, even if the license has since expired.  If a license or authorization was transferred or assigned after October 1, 2017, however, the party that holds the license as of September 25, 2018 must pay the associated regulatory fee.
