FCC Recommends Submission of Challenges No Later Than January 13, 2023 Broadband Providers Encouraged to Review Broadband Availability Maps
The FCC has opened the window for broadband providers and other interested entities to submit challenges to the broadband mapping data. While the windows for submitting challenges to the broadband availability maps and Broadband Serviceable Location Fabric (“Fabric”) will remain open on an ongoing and rolling basis, the FCC and NTIA are encouraging interested entities to submit broadband availability challenge data as soon as possible, but no later than January 13, 2023 so that such challenges may be included in the next version of the maps to be used to BEAD funding.
Please contact Robin Tuttle at [email protected] or Dee Herman at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding the broadband availability challenge process or the Fabric challenge process or if you would like assistance in filing a challenge.
