Sarah brings a wealth of transactional and media experience to the firm. Most recently, she served as in-house counsel for a national cable network in the Washington, D.C area, where she negotiated programming licenses for both original and acquired content. She also advised her client on general corporate matters, including business development and rights management. Before her time in media, Sarah worked across the telecommunications field, representing the government and consumer interest groups on issues such as 700 MHz, intellectual property, universal service and network neutrality.Sarah is a passionate ‘foodie,’ animal lover and baseball fan. In her spare time, you will find her serving dinner to friends, playing with her two dogs, Ernie and Wrigley, or catching a Nat’s game. However, as a native of Massachusetts, she will always be partial to that ‘dirty water.’
