Please be advised that the SAS administrators have released the final PAL channel assignments. You can login to the portal to review your assignments. Please note that you will have other opportunities to request a channel swap, with the next opportunity occurring late September or early October, 2021. If your license(s) has/have been granted by the FCC, you may begin commercial deployment on your PAL(s). Please find the complete email from the SAS administrators below.

Dear CBRS PAL Licensee,
I would like to express my gratitude for your patience through the process of PAL Channel Mapping in the past four months. I am proud to say that after reviewing all the channel swapping requests, we are now releasing the final PAL channel Mappings for all the licensees and Auction 105 winning bidders.
After issuing the initial results, we received a total of 964 channel swap requests, out of which we were able to handle 879 of them, and only 85 of those requests were rejected due to unresolved conflicts. I would like to appreciate all SAS admins for their involvement in this process, especially a few individuals who spent numerous hours to make sure the process is run smoothly and efficiently.
The final results are now accessible in the following portal using the same credentials shared with you last December.

You may view the results only in the counties you have at least one license, in a county-by-county basis, or view and download all your PAL channel assignments as a CSV file. Note that in the portal, we have highlighted the counties at which, any swap has occurred.

However, please note the following two disclaimers. The first one is applicable to all licensees/winning bidders, and the second one applies to those winning bidders with some, or all licenses not yet granted. You must agree with these disclaimers (as applicable to your company) to view the results

Disclaimer Two applicable to some companies: Because some or all your CBRS PAL licenses have not yet been granted by the FCC, the PAL channel assignment results of ungranted licenses represented here for your company are placeholders only and are subject to change. PAL commercial operation is not allowed until your licenses have been granted by the FCC.

Please note that to allow future swapping opportunities, SAS admins have decided to plan for future pre-planned and pre-announced PAL channel swapping events occurring approximately twice a year. The next PAL channel swapping opportunity will occur around end of September or beginning of October 2021. The exact starting time and duration of PAL channel swapping window will be announced well before that time.
