Clare’s practice at H&W focuses on wireless and wireline broadband matters, auctions, communications towers compliance and FCC and Capitol Hill advocacy. Prior to joining H&W, Clare represented a nationwide carrier in negotiating real estate and telecom leases, petitioning for zoning and permitting authorizations and securing NEPA and Section 106 approvals for new wireless site builds. Clare also served as counsel for a wireless telecom company where she specialized in 2.5 GHz spectrum acquisition and FCC compliance.
